Nanotechnologie d\u00e1vaj\u00ed nov\u00fdm, nebo inovovan\u00fdm produkt\u016fm jedine\u010dn\u00e9, d\u0159\u00edve nedosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 vlastnosti a pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u00a0nov\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Nanotechnologie je dnes pova\u017eov\u00e1na za technologii 21. stolet\u00ed. O vznik nanotechnologie se zaslou\u017eil americk\u00fd fyzik Richard Feynman. Nanomateri\u00e1l je takov\u00fd, jeho\u017e alespo\u0148 jeden rozm\u011br nen\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e miliardtina metru, co\u017e je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b tis\u00edcina tlou\u0161\u0165ky lidsk\u00e9ho vlasu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Nano\u010d\u00e1stice , aplikovan\u00e9 s\u00a0v\u00fdrobn\u00ed nanotechnologi\u00ed m\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed a chemick\u00e9 vlastnosti nov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Zm\u011bnu struktury, jakosti a inertnosti povrch\u016f<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Zm\u011bnu vodivosti<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Luminiscenci<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Zm\u011bnu barevnosti<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Zm\u011bnu indexu lomu<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Zm\u011bnu magnetick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Pokud se t\u00fdk\u00e1 model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, trh nab\u00edz\u00ed \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu v\u00fdrobk\u016f pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">P\u0159\u00edkladem jsou kvalitn\u00ed lepidla, tmely a vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed separ\u00e1tory. Povrchov\u011b n\u00e1st\u0159ikov\u00e9 kapaliny s\u00a0nano\u010d\u00e1sticem\u00ed se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u00a0dopravn\u00edm letectv\u00ed na povrchov\u00fd n\u00e1st\u0159ik cel\u00e9ho letadla kv\u016fli sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed povrchov\u00e9ho t\u0159en\u00ed se vzduchem a aerodynamick\u00e9ho odporu a t\u00edm \u00fasporu leteck\u00e9ho paliva. U model\u016f letadel okolo pylon\u016f a rychlostn\u00edch v\u011btro\u0148\u016f a jist\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed jejich rychlost a u v\u011btro\u0148\u016f i klouzavost. K zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed \u00fasad ne\u010distot na povrchu modelu a na klapk\u00e1ch turbinov\u00fdch model\u016f jsou na trhu vhodn\u00e9 separa\u010dn\u00ed kapaliny. Nov\u00e9 jsou motorov\u00e9 oleje pro vrchn\u00ed maz\u00e1n\u00ed ve sm\u011bsi s\u00a0benz\u00ednem pro dvoudob\u00e9 motory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">J\u00e1 jsem se zam\u011b\u0159il na vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed \u010disti\u010d\u016f a odstra\u0148ova\u010d\u016f ne\u010distot z\u00a0povrchu sv\u00fdch mnoha model\u016f letadel. Po odl\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolika let\u016f b\u011bhem letov\u00e9ho dne, p\u0159i mnoha\u010detn\u00fdch v\u00fdkrutech p\u0159i 3D akrobacii je spodek k\u0159\u00eddel, v\u00fd\u0161kovky a trupu za v\u00fdfukem poset tmav\u00fdmi kapkami a mapami sp\u00e1len\u00e9ho oleje od benz\u00ednov\u00e9ho motoru. Ut\u0159en\u00ed hadrem na sucho je ne\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0rozmaz\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed skvrn. Pou\u017eit\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch myc\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f na b\u00e1zi sapon\u00e1t\u016f k\u00a0umyt\u00ed je zdlouhav\u00e9 a jde to velmi \u0161patn\u011b. Ne\u010distota se rozmaz\u00e1v\u00e1 a b\u00edl\u00e1 folie z\u016fstane i po d\u016fkladn\u00e9m drhnut\u00ed m\u00edsty zabarven\u00e1. Ne\u010distota zmiz\u00ed a\u017e po \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u0159edidlem C 6000, kter\u00e9 ale zanech\u00e1v\u00e1 na folii jemn\u00e9 mapy. Aceton je lep\u0161\u00ed a povrch folie z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dist\u00fd. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed ale k\u00a0\u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9mu odlepov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u017eehlen\u00e9 folie. \u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed modelu se \u017ehav\u00edc\u00edmi motory s\u00a0palivem s\u00a0ricinov\u00fdm olejem je zn\u00e1m\u00fd probl\u00e9m a nikdy u\u017e se model nedal po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vy\u010distit do p\u016fvodn\u00edho stavu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Proto jsem odzkou\u0161el \u010disti\u010d IG 250 a nano\u010d\u00e1sticemi. Je na vodn\u00ed b\u00e1zi a koncentr\u00e1t je vhodn\u00e9 na\u0159edit vodou v\u00a0pom\u011bru 1.3. Samostatn\u00fd koncentr\u00e1t je z\u00e1sadit\u00e9 povahy pH 13 a proto dr\u00e1\u017ed\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei a o\u010di. Aplikace \u010disti\u010de na \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed modelu je nejl\u00e9pe ru\u010dn\u00edm rozpra\u0161ova\u010dem. Pak cca 5 vte\u0159in po\u010dkat a ne\u010distoty set\u0159\u00edt mikrotenovou ut\u011brkou 80% polyester a 20% polyamid. Ne\u010distoty na povrchu modelu po st\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed ut\u011brkou okam\u017eit\u011b miz\u00ed bez rozmaz\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a i folie je po ut\u0159en\u00ed jako nov\u00e1, v\u010detn\u011b barven\u00fdch povrch\u016f. Stejn\u011b dob\u0159e \u010dist\u00ed i za\u0161l\u00e9 ne\u010distoty od ricinov\u00e9ho oleje. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u010cisti\u010d je nevhodn\u00fd na \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hlin\u00edku a barevn\u00fdch kov\u016f. Reaguje s\u00a0povrchem kov\u016f a doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0jejich ztmavnut\u00ed. Na \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch motor\u016f jsou k\u00a0m\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00e9 \u010disti\u010de s\u00a0nano\u010d\u00e1sticemi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Po zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee \u010disti\u010d IG250 reaguje s\u00a0povrchem hlin\u00edku jsem nast\u0159\u00edkal spojovac\u00ed duralovou neeloxovanou trubku k\u0159\u00eddla, od kter\u00e9 jsem m\u011bl po ka\u017ed\u00e9 mont\u00e1\u017ei a demont\u00e1\u017ei k\u0159\u00eddel \u0161pinav\u00e9 prsty a dlan\u011b a otiskl je v\u017edy na potah modelu. Po ut\u0159en\u00ed \u010disti\u010de do\u0161lo k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee u\u017e tato duralov\u00e1 trubka ne\u0161pin\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">M\u00e1te n\u011bkdo tak\u00e9 ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 produkty na b\u00e1zi nano\u010d\u00e1stic ve sv\u00e9 model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 praxi?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:
