Od n\u011bkolika Exter 300, 330S, Giles\u016f 202, 300 a MX-2, Edge, Velox\u016f, Jak\u016f 54 a 55, Katan a Funtan, Staudachera, SU 26 a 29 a\u017e po p\u0159ed 5 lety Capa 232 2,4 m na ZDZ 80 RV. P\u0159edloha Capa ke stavb\u011b dobr\u00e9ho akrobatick\u00e9ho modelu je v\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b dost opom\u00edjena. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ur\u010dit\u011b na to m\u00e1 vliv sou\u010dasn\u00e1 nab\u00eddka v\u00fdrobc\u016f akrobatick\u00fdch model\u016f na model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m trhu, ale i n\u011bkter\u00e9 vlastnosti tohoto typu, ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed jeho letov\u00e9 vlastnosti dle sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho stylu l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed 3D akrobacie. Hranat\u00fd trup v\u00a0jeho spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti od odtokov\u00e9 hrany k\u0159\u00eddla s\u00a0rovnou spodn\u00ed stranou trupu a prakticky nezaoblenou spodn\u00ed hranou trupu zp\u016fsobuje \u0161patn\u00e9 obt\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed trupu v\u00a0harrierov\u00fdch v\u00fdkrutech. To jsem upravil zaoblen\u00edm spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti trupu r\u00e1diusem 20 mm. N\u00edzk\u00e9 posazen\u00ed k\u0159\u00eddel t\u011bsn\u011b u spodn\u00ed hrany trupu a zbyte\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e9 vzep\u011bt\u00ed k\u0159\u00eddel jsem upravil dle vlastn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b je trup Capa stavebn\u011b velmi jednoduch\u00fd a p\u0159\u00edmo sv\u00e1d\u00ed ke stavb\u011b. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Tak tedy postavit Capa? Horn\u00ed zaoblen\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st trupu od p\u0159ekrytu kabiny po n\u00e1b\u011b\u017enou hranu k\u00fdlov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti sm\u011brovky a horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st trupu p\u0159ed p\u0159ekrytem kabiny je provedena vy\u0159\u00edznut\u00edm z\u00a0p\u011bnov\u00e9ho polystyr\u00e9nu, pota\u017eena d\u00fdhou tlou\u0161\u0165ky 0,5 mm a zevnit\u0159 op\u011bt vyleh\u010dena vy\u0159\u00edznut\u00edm polystyr\u00e9nu. Mimo velmi odleh\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eky z\u00a0b\u0159ezov\u00e9 p\u0159ekli\u017eky s\u00edly 6 mm a p\u0159ekryt\u00e9 p\u0159ekli\u017ekou 0,6 m a dome\u010dku motoru z\u00a0b\u0159ezov\u00e9 p\u0159ekli\u017eky s\u00edly 6 mm, jsou ostatn\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eky a d\u00edly z\u00a0topolov\u00e9 p\u0159ekli\u017eky tlou\u0161\u0165ky 3 mm. Uchycen\u00ed podvozku je z\u00a0kvalitn\u00ed p\u0159ekli\u017eky s\u00edly 10 mm a zakotven\u00e9 do m\u00edstn\u011b zes\u00edlen\u00fdch bo\u010dnic trupu.                                                                                                                                                       K\u00fdlov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fd\u0161kovky a cel\u00e1 sm\u011brovka je klasick\u00e9 stavby z\u00a0balzov\u00fdmi \u017eebry, stojinou z\u00a03 mm topolov\u00e9 p\u0159ekli\u017eky a potahem z\u00a0balzy s\u00edly 2 mm. V\u00fd\u0161kovkov\u00e1 kormidla jsou z\u00a0polystyrenov\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0159ez\u016f, pota\u017een\u00fdch d\u00fdhou s\u00edly 0,5 mm, odleh\u010den\u00e1 a n\u00e1sledn\u011b kv\u016fli kroucen\u00ed zali\u0161tovan\u00e1 balzou tlou\u0161\u0165ky 2,5 mm. V\u00fd\u0161kovka je zalepena v\u00a0trupu napevno a ovl\u00e1dan\u00e1 bude dv\u011bma servy, upevn\u011bn\u00fdch na boc\u00edch trupu pod n\u00ed. D\u00fdhov\u00fd potah je lepen epoxidovou n\u00edzkoviskozn\u00ed prysky\u0159ic\u00ed. Vzhledem k\u00a0tlou\u0161\u0165ce pou\u017eit\u00e9ho profilu NACA 0014 nen\u00ed k\u0159\u00eddlo vyztu\u017eeno \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi p\u00e1snicemi, nebo stojinou. Po zalepen\u00ed n\u00e1b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 hrany k\u0159\u00eddla a k\u0159id\u00e9lek a odtokov\u00e9 hrany k\u0159\u00eddla v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b z\u00e1v\u011bs\u016f pro k\u0159id\u00e9lka a jej\u00edm zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed ( to je \u010dinnost, kterou prov\u00e1d\u00edm b\u011bhem stavby d\u00edl\u016f prakticky po\u0159\u00e1d) jsem zjistil hmotnost neobrou\u0161en\u00e9 poloviny k\u0159\u00eddla t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1,5 kg. To bylo naprosto pro dosa\u017een\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 hmotnosti modelu ne\u00fanosn\u00e9. Nav\u00edc t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 k\u0159\u00eddla neumo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed rychl\u00e9 a p\u0159esn\u00e9 zastaven\u00ed modelu v\u00a0kopan\u00fdch obratech. Proto jsem p\u0159istoupil k\u00a0uv\u00e1\u017eliv\u00e9mu odleh\u010den\u00ed k\u0159\u00eddel. C\u00edlem bylo dosa\u017een\u00ed co nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hmotnosti k\u0159\u00eddla p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 pevnosti v\u00a0ohybu a v\u00a0krutu. Vy\u0159\u00edznut\u00edm velk\u00fdch ploch v\u00a0k\u0159\u00eddle, jejich zali\u0161tov\u00e1n\u00edm balzou s\u00edly 2,5 mm a zhotoven\u00edm p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fdch \u017eeber k\u0159\u00eddla z T stojiny z\u00a0lehk\u00e9 a pevn\u00e9 balzy s\u00edly 4 mm a odstran\u011bn\u00edm polystyr\u00e9nu v\u00a0ko\u0159enov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti k\u0159\u00eddla jsem dos\u00e1hl sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti o 32% oproti jejich p\u016fvodn\u00ed hmotnosti.                                                                               K\u0159id\u00e9lka jsem po rozvaze neodleh\u010doval. Vyleh\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed kruhov\u00fdmi otvory nep\u0159inese v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti ( max. 15%), ale v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pevnost k\u0159id\u00e9lka v\u00a0krutu. Odleh\u010den\u00ed k\u0159id\u00e9lek, podobn\u011b jako k\u0159\u00eddla tak\u00e9 z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu nep\u0159ich\u00e1zelo v\u00a0\u00favahu.
