Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek vznikl pro objasn\u011bn\u00ed jejich funkce s ohledem na praktick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby.<br \/>\nKarbur\u00e1tory jsou konstruov\u00e1ny do tvrd\u00fdch podm\u00ednek a maj\u00ed vysokou \u017eivotnost. Pokud pochop\u00edme princip funkce bude sna\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba a kontrola \u010dinnosti.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>1. Popis funkce karbur\u00e1toru :<\/h3>\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je sm\u011b\u0161ovac\u00ed trubice,kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed sm\u011bsi vzduch-benzin. Pr\u016f\u0159ez je podobn\u00fd jako u tzv. Venturiho trubice, kter\u00e1 se vyzna\u010duje t\u00edm, \u017ee v z\u016f\u017een\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b je statick\u00fd tlak proudu vzduchu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e atmosferick\u00fd. Podtlak nas\u00e1v\u00e1 palivo do sac\u00ed trubice. Proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu v sac\u00edm hrdle je vyvol\u00e1no pohybem p\u00edstu motoru. Vyb\u011bhan\u00fd motor m\u00e1 slabou tzv. kompresi v doln\u00ed \u00favrati a proto \u0161patn\u011b startuje. Pro lep\u0161\u00ed start motoru je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed nulov\u00fd p\u0159edstih, co\u017e je nap\u0159\u00edklad u motor\u016f 3W zaji\u0161t\u011bno elektronikou zapalov\u00e1n\u00ed, po rozb\u011bhu se zapalov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159epne na optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnotu p\u0159edstihu.<br \/>\nZm\u011bny tlaku v karteru vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed podtlak a p\u0159etlak nad \u010derpac\u00ed membr\u00e1nou a s pomoc\u00ed ventil\u016f ( jaz\u00fd\u010dky jako jednosm\u011brn\u00e9 klapky ) doch\u00e1z\u00ed k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed tlaku paliva. Aby se motor &#8220; nep\u0159epil&#8220;,\u00a0 je za s\u00edtkem ventil typu tryska-ku\u017eelka. Ventil je<br \/>\n\u0159\u00edzen druhou membr\u00e1nou. Pokud klesne tlak v sac\u00ed hubici, atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fd tlak p\u0159etla\u010d\u00ed pru\u017einu p\u00e1ky ventilu a benzin m\u016f\u017ee proudit do motoru.<\/p>\n<p>Aby se netlakovala membr\u00e1na motoru ze strany n\u00e1dr\u017ee, doporu\u010duji neuzav\u00edrat n\u00e1dr\u017e. Zku\u0161enosti z provozu karbur\u00e1tor\u016f WALBRO, TILLOTSON:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>START prov\u00e1d\u00edme se zav\u0159en\u00fdm syti\u010dem a p\u00e1kou plynu na volnob\u011bh, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b pootev\u0159enou. Motor startujeme ru\u010dn\u011b. Motor nasko\u010d\u00ed po n\u011bkolika proto\u010den\u00ed vrtul\u00ed, ale n\u00e1sledn\u011b zhasne. Syti\u010d vypneme a znovu motor nahod\u00edme. Motor 3W80XI nasko\u010d\u00ed na druh\u00e9 oto\u010den\u00ed vrtul\u00ed. P\u00e1ku plynu p\u0159esuneme z volnob\u011bhu na 33% a nech\u00e1me oh\u0159\u00e1t &#8211; za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednek cca 20 sekund.<\/li>\n<li>OVL\u00c1D\u00c1N\u00cd SYTI\u010cE lze pomoc\u00ed serva (doporu\u010duji) , nebo mechanicky t\u00e1hlem ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdm ru\u010dn\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>NASTAVEN\u00cd JEHLY volnob\u011bhu ( L ) a pln\u00e9ho plynu ( H ) je v\u0161eobecn\u011b zn\u00e1mo. Pokud nen\u00ed uvedeno jinak je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed nastaven\u00ed cca 1 ot\u00e1\u010dka ( 12 hodin . 0 minut ). Chud\u00fd motor na volnob\u011bhu zvy\u0161uje ot\u00e1\u010dky a bohat\u00fd naopak. P\u0159i p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed plynu chud\u00fd motor reaguje opo\u017ed\u011bn\u011b. Bohat\u00fd motor &#8222;brble&#8220; a rozb\u00edh\u00e1 se tak\u00e9 pomalu. Nastaven\u00ed max. ot\u00e1\u010dek vylad\u00edme na optimum a n\u00e1sledn\u011b obohat\u00edme sm\u011bs pooto\u010den\u00edm jekly o 5-10 minut zp\u011bt. Jehly dotahujeme p\u0159i zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed polohy opatrn\u011b, abychom nepo\u0161kodili sedlo.<\/li>\n<li>OVL\u00c1D\u00c1N\u00cd KARBUR\u00c1TORU provedeme z\u00e1sadn\u011b tuh\u00fdmi t\u00e1hly s plastov\u00fdmi koncovkami a kulov\u00fdmi \u010depy. Bowden pat\u0159\u00ed minulosti. Klapka plynu m\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b tuhou pru\u017einu, kterou ale nevym\u011bnujeme, aby se klapka nechv\u011bla setrva\u010dn\u00fdmi silami a nemohlo tak doj\u00edt k po\u0161kozen\u00ed sedla. Servo by m\u011blo b\u00fdt standard &#8211; p\u0159esn\u00e9 a rychl\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>\u00daDR\u017dBA KARBUR\u00c1TORU nen\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. Motor nem\u011bl evidentn\u011b vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed &#8222;spodn\u00ed kompresi&#8220;. Nev\u00edm, jak se vlo\u017eka po\u0161kodila, motor je z druh\u00e9 ruky a starty byly \u0161patn\u00e9 st\u00e1le.
